I assume either your deck has at least a subwoofer pre-out, or you have a high-low level converter for the amps, or the amps have high-level inputs?
We need to know the number of voicecoils and impedance of each, per sub, as well as which amps you have in order to figure this out. Without that info there are too many possibilities.
FYI- most stereo amps are stable only to 4 ohms mono, while many mono amps are stable to 1 ohm (for dailiy use).

The first question I have is WHY???? Mixing subs like that is just asking for problems. There may be issues with cancellation between the 10s and 12s. In my opinion just go with the 12s in a spec built box and a nice amp and you're done. Sell the 10s. Just my opinion but I'm sure there will be others telling you the same thing.

^^yep..what he said! Just out of curiosity, are the subs the same brand/model (except size)? If you want more bass and have the space, you can always sell the 10's and buy 2more 12's to match the 2 you have, get a big *** amp and the right box...and you'll have lotsa bass.
