if you have a LINEDRIVER , and a BASSCUBE
what comes 1st and why

The line driver comes first... it's used to boost the signal coming from the Hu.. are you using the factory deck?

no
my deck has a 5v out i was going to go up to 8v to amp

honestly, you should be fine with the 5V pre-outs... but if you already have the line driver, then great.
