Hola gang, it's been a long time )

I just stripped all the gear out of my old van on the weekend, and bought a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee

BTW, the old van's for sale if anyone wants it (Calgary). 95 Astro Cargo with 480,000 km's, (yes, 480, that's not a typo). Air, tilt, cruise. Still a daily driver and runs great, sound deadened w/ 1/4 inch flat rubber & fibreglass pink, and 70's wood paneling. Dirty light grey **** carpet (would clean up well if you took the time). Polar Start 5 button starter/alarm combo. Needs a few things to pass an insurance inspection (windshield, a few bulbs, steering/front end components, brakes). No radio, no speakers. $1400 )

But the purpose of this post: Any tips on what I need / where to get sound deadener for the Jeep? I'd like to do all four doors, under all plastic paneling on the walls in the back, maybe under the headliner in the long run, etc. Is the foil backed stuff the way to go or not? Prefer a local source.

I've been using this stuff and have had no problems. Works great, and its cheap

just ordered some of that b-quiet ultimate yesterday now i just have to wait for it.. plus side it was cheap too. used some brown bread witch is supposebly the same. works great but for some reason it was more expensive. and it stinks.
