LOC or DSP?

I brought my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD PRo truck to three car audio shops for quotes to upgrade my audio system while keeping the factory head unit. Interestingly, I received several variations on the install. Now I'm confused.

1st shop wants to run the high level outputs from factory radio to a multi channel amp.
2nd shop wants to run the high level outputs from factory radio to an AudioControl LC7i LOC, to a five channel amp.
3rd shop wants to run the high level outputs from factory radio to a JL Fix 86 DSP, to a five channel amp.

Price is not an issue. What's the best install?
Thanks,

If price is no concern, DSP will always be superior to LOC.
