Sub wiring

Hi everyone, I'm new here and new to the world of wiring....anyway I'm going to be wiring 2 12inch dvc 4ohm subs to 1 ohm, ive seen the wiring diagrams but would like to see actual pics of the wires wired to eachother to see how its done.

Anyone???.....also what guage speaker wire should i use??....I will be running roughly 1000 rms

Here ya go. Kind of hard to show pictures of the real thing as most are in a box. Some baskets are exposed enough to see it but you might not see the whole thing.

Thanks, but ive seen this diagram....basicly i just want to know how the wires are spliced or connected together.

wouldn't wiring it that way turn the load to 2ohms since the 4ohm subs are being connected in parallel?

no they are dual 4s, single 4s would goto 2 parallelled.

4 4 ohms all in parallel would be 1 ohm
