try turning down the gain on the amps and see if that helps
what size is the alt ?
how big is the battery ?
have you done the big 3 ?
what car ?
is it stock ?

 

i think its only like 105 amp or something
its a stock alternator for a 99 cavalier
its a stock cavalier
im not looking to do anytihng fancy with it because im gonna sell it soon
but it hasn't been cutting in and out anymore only that one time
so i think its good
but the amps and voltage are running all over the place
