I've taken a quick look at the doors of my car (97 legacy) and I am wondering, is there a way I can get at the door speakers without removing the entire door panel?

2nd, how to I remove the outer trim ring to install the deck?

I'm guessing that once I have the trim ring removed I will see screws that will allow the radio and lower tray assembly to be removed, and that I can install the CD deck by using the side mount screws.
