The system I'm building on $150
Yep that was the one, I dont know what was up with it, I checked and tightened everything seemed fine subs were good, it pounded, sold it and the guy is more then happy with it.
There was another lot of 15 enclosures like that that I looked at but the bidding was around 150 I think near the end and I had no way of fitting them in my car.
Nice to hear the cars still coming along, you should post some more when you do the doors.

I snipe as well . . . I'll place the starting bid if no one else has started it yet, then I let other people out bid me, then assume the sniper position . . . my first attempts at being a sniper were on a dial-up connection . . . that doesn't work.
oh no your going about this all wrong, dont bid at all untill your final bid. I use a service that places the bid for me 3 seconds before it is over (user selectable) 3 seconds has never lost me a bid though. If you start the bid all your doing is encouraging people to bid on it, that raises the price. By not placing a bid you minimize the number of bids as typically there will not be any until near the ending of the auction (last 10 minutes).
Which amp are you bidding on (pm me) all three look good.

I like the way he bought, fixed and sold his way through a lot of equipment to get the stuff he wanted for his own ride and sold the rest to help pay for it......
I know you're getting notifications every time someone replies to this.....so.....howzabout an update Mr. Chicken from some foreign place??.....

Update:
As can be expected with car audio I wasn't satisfied with the sound from my front stage. The passive cross-overs weren't in agreement with each other. The mid range rolled off too soon creating a significant gape between tweeter and mid. The only way to correct this properly is to go active . . . and that takes a bit more $$$ . . . so I started selling equipment
(note, I bought 2 more sub lots from the guy for $15 each lot).
I sold the two amps for $55 each = $110
I sold the MTX 710 for $100 with a box.
I sold a pair of RF P210D4 (from one of those $15 lots) for $60 - I just needed to re-attach the terminals - this was a breeze by modifying some speaker mounting clips.
I sold an RF P115S8 for $20 (from above mentioned lot)
I sold a Pioneer TSW254D4 for $40 . . .
So in the end I this got me $330 . . . and I still have some RF P210D4 that I might be able to repair if I can reattach the tinsel leads.
I still have a cheap "Verge" mono block that does 250wrms @ 2ohms . . . but no front stage.
So, with $330 at my disposal, I might have been able to go active . . . but I succumbed to another temptation I've been longing for

I bought this at a show in my local mall a few weeks ago from the Canadian distributor . . . I couldn't pass up the deal. At $200, which included batteries and all taxes, it was too good to pass up!
So, I guess I've got $110 to play with now . . . maybe my favourite e-bayer will have some more good lots for me to buy and sell with
