I just got the floor molds done for the kicks I`m building.
Whats the best tool to trim it to shape.
I`m using a jigsaw and its making mess of things.

That is all

I trim before its full hardened if possible. A razor blade/knife does wonders. If its fully dried I try and use a pair of tin snips. Doesn't make nearly as much of a mess.

Tin snips work great if it's only a layer or two of fiberglass. More than that and it's pretty hard to cut. Jig saw works fine too but awkward. An air saw works awesome but then you need a compressor and such.

Air saw or cut off wheel are the best ways............

Dremel or such tool??

^ not in a 3" cut off tool. Dremel cut off wheels are a waste of time.

Making sure you have the proper blade in the jigsaw can make all the difference in the world.

reciprocating saw can be used in a pinch too, but air tools are the way to go.
