Ok well here we go.. after testing and playing I finally got mine to work 100% with no cutting out..

First we tried it at 0.5 ohms.. cut out like there was no tommorow..

Then we tried 1 ohm.. cut out once and a while but wasn't near as bad..

Then we actually ran it at the recommended 2 ohms!! And boom, didn't cut out at all..

So now I want to see if I can get a hold of a dual 0.7 sub, or 2 dual 1.4s to see if it likes that..

This is on a "stock" electrical system, with a run of 1/0 to the amp straight from the battery as well as a Hawker Oddyssey 1700 under the hood..

just to add to this.

when me and curtis tested the v4000's on his dual .7 ohm treo's, they werent cutting out at 1.4ohm each, but also putting out no power. gained over a dB by putting the v900xd's on wired at .35ohm...
