Wierd?

So I just finished setting up my system. My rear speakers arent in yet so im not completely done. Anyway so I start tuning my bass and notice music coming from my trunk other than bass. Turns out my subs are playing more than just bass which confused me. My first though was that I accidentally switched my rear RCAs with my Sub RCAs so to test this I hooked up the RCAs that were on my sub amp to my front speaker rca input. Normal music started playing from the fronts. I did the same with the rear rca's and normal music came from the fronts. This really confused me because one of the two is hooked up to the subout on my deck.

Deck: Sony GT-400 (3 sets of preouts)

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

I dont know the deck at all, but is there any chance all 3 preouts are full range?...or maybe your lowpass is set way too high on the sub out??

somehow there has to be crossover settings where you tell the deck what frequencies are allowed to go to each set of RCA's....
