wiring advice
I have the following system that i need to wire for power the most efficient way.
I have one Kenwood KAC-8101D 1000 W. amp and a Kenwood KAC-269S 300 w. amp. The bigger one is going to be pushing two 10s, and the smaller one is going to be set up to a pair of components.
What is the best way to run power to these? I'm not concerned about connections from the amps to the speakers, more so power to the amps.
What gauge power wire should I run from the battery to the amps? What size fuse should I put on that wire? Do a connect that to a dist. block with fuses or no fuses? What gauge should I run from the dist. block to the amps?
Can someone just tell me a basic layout that would suit my needs. Thanks

thanks
But if u reduce the cable´s size after distro block u have to put fuses there to. So u should use a fuse block...
The internal fuses of the amps are only for the amps, the fuses in the wires are to protect the wire if it gets short-connected to ground.
