Hello all

Like the title says, I need the wiring for an old 8200 pager. I'm also looking for the 8040 alarm wiring diagram as well.

For the 8200:

yel - battery (fused - value unknown)
red - ign
wht - (-) trigger
pur - (+) trigger
grn/org - call a: send to ground for 1.5 seconds to transmit to pager
blu/blk - power ant control: goes to 12v when pager transmits
blk - ground
lt blue - power antenna control (FROM radio)

Thanks NOBASS, I had some of the wires figured out, wasn't sure of the gr/or ad bu/bk. My power supply shows nominally ~0.5A so a 1-3A fuse should be about right when paging.

No prob J - if you want a copy of the actual install sheets I might be able to scan and PDF them (they are already a fax copy). They don't tell you much more than colour codes though - PM me if you want 'em.

yellow - battery
red - ignition
blue - siren
white/brown - door lock(-).1A
white/green - door unlock(-).1A
white - light flash(-).1A
yellow/red - led
green/white - hood trunk trigger(-)
brown/white - door trigger(+/-)
brown/black - optional sensor(-)
red/white - disarm/valet switch(-)
black - ground
gray/blue - radar control
gray - radar sensor input
yellow/gray - radar power
yellow/green - EXT1 (-).1A
purple - alarming output(+).1A
orange - starter cut relay (+).1A
yellow/blue - warning output(-).1A

I should put mine in my wifes convertable.
