Are all Alpine wiring harnesses the same? I'm upgrading from my 9827 to another newer alpine model, wanna know if Im gonna need another harness or if the old one will work ?

YES, um, NO.

you can look up the manuals for both models. since you don't have the model # of the new alpine, going to be kinda hard to look up.

and who cares antway? not hard to hook up a few wires.

 

You're better off using the new harness. And using the old one for the old Alpine HU, if you want to sell or something.

Darin I might actually keep my old deck for something else. Undecided still.

 

Hey Teri just make sure the pin counts are right,one could have 16 and the other could have 8.If there both 16 then they should plug right in

I don't usally touch alpine,but I know the older clarion models had this
