Run the amp as a 3 channel
channel 1 and 2 for the focal WS's and bridge the 3rd and 4th for the 27KX
and no it shouldnt be a problem, the 2 channels should run seperately with seperate gains, and 8ohm is no problem, just 1/2 the power
