Guy tells me that sometimes amp works and on really hot days it will shut down to protection- amp is a small dblock from visonik and needs good ventilation and is overrated to begin with which I told him prior the purchase! Told him if he doesn't like it he can return it- now he is just being an ass

Over rated means its less power than the manufacturer specs it as, doesent mean it works when it wants to you tool. You were suppose to take the amp back on the 24th, but had a bunch of excuses and you didnt take it back. I dont know you from adam b4 this deal, i would be gaining what exactly from as you put it "being an ass"? You sold me an amp with problems that you already admitted knowledge of, but its somehow my fault? whatever pal, hope the 80 bucks was worth it.
