Rating Summary #359

I've contacted Mr. Tom umpteen times and left messages and PMs. He doesn't get back to me at all. He is in Winnipeg so we met up. Sold me a Type-R 6x9" supposedly new but the screw holes were scratches up. The crossovers for them are missing and I've contacted Tom the night of the transaction. He promise to get back to me once he find the "black boxes" but never heard from him again either. Now the Type-Rs are sitting here, useless.
