I accepted to be a rep for smartass, dealing with Steve Ross. First, I ordered 4 powerbass subwoofers (for me to test them) and an ultimate HU (for a friend)

Steve told me I would have my gear within 2 weeks after payment. It's now being 2 month and I still have nothing and he just keeps giving me stupid reasons.

He says that he sent the money to PB and they never shipped the stock which I don't believe.

The thing is I don't even need those things anymore since smartass doesn't carry Powerbass anymore and guess what my friend got a HU somewhere else.

Overall worst business experience I have ever had. I'll probably be taking a trip to Ingersholl soon if I don't see my money.

Yes you are correct my PB order went for a crap through a US distributor that has our money and we have no products. Not direct from PB. You are not the only one effected and I am trying to get the money asap. I have done a charge back and was working with everyone in involved you and three or so more people that suffered. I am not saying I am not at fault which I am because I used a distributor that I was not familiar with. Sorry for the screw up. Hope to fix shortly. BTW Ultimate HU's were delay and are in now regardless you HU was refunded.

Thanks I am trying to pay the PB screw up back out of my pocket so you do not have to wait till my credit card company corrects it.

Received refund for Ultimate HU, waiting for refund on Powerbass subs.

Ok all cleared Steve just sent me refund for all orders I had. Thank you.
