The package was sent out the day I paid for it, and it was packed better than almost every product I've bought new. It took me about 5 minutes to get all of the bubble wrap off. Very fast to respond to emails concerning the product, and even phoned me to make sure I was making out alright. I'm tempted to buy more stuff from him just to experience it all over again.
