At work today, a fella was passing around a newspaper he had got while attending UCC in BC..I really need to share this...

The Papp Attack with Frank Papp
With my new, awesome car, the Great Papp Road Trip of 04 was just commencing.I decided I'd start with the thriving metopolis known as Hope.Mainly because I had a friend there that would not laugh in my face or slam the door in fear when I showed up.
I was just out of town when the radio cutout.I momnetarily panicked-I couldn't have a roadtrip with out tunes!!I check the glove compartment, nope, nothing.But then I noticed that the tape deck already had a tape in it, so I turned the volume to "Really Freaking Loud"clicked the dial to PLAY, and nealry drove into an oncoming motor-home when Yoko Ono's screeching erupted from the speakers.I screamed, batered the eject button furiously, and pitched the tape into a cow pasture.
I drove back with a heavy heart.My baby had been tainted by the horrible presnce of LAME!
Clearly there was only one remedy,
80'S ROCK.
And there was only one place to turn when looking for cheap, classic 80s rock.It was time to hit the garage sales.
So on Sunday, I evebtually found a ton of 80s tapes, a mere ten cents each!Most were home made mix tapes, with title like "BOBROCK" or "Zep" or "Henry's stupid crap songs".I bought all 67 of them.
On the way back to the car I walked by one newarly empty table of goods.I glanced down in passing and gasped in shock.
There, lying all-alone next to a frilly oven mitt and a grotesgue wooden orangutan was a batter yet beautiful WHITESNAKE tape!!I rushed to the table and grabbed the tape.Only $1!I paid the woman and turned to leave, but she grabbed my arm.
"Wait, its a 2 for 1 deal!"she aid.I was baffled.What was this lunatic talking about?I listened, wary that she might be regretting the sale already.Too Late,Woman!The tape was mine!But she just moved the oven mitt aside, then picked up something and handed it too me.
"I'm getting fir of my husbands junk, so this comes with it."she said.
But I wasn't listening, for I held in my hands a bottle of "Vibrant Mullet Shampoo"--and it was even 'New Muscle Car"scent.And had INSTRUCTIONS!
Rock on.
