Alpine Skiing Gear

Anyone know of a good place to get out fitted with gear? Preferably used, as I'll probably only have it for a month or so.
I tried it last March, and not I'm hooked.
Lookin for a place that gives out advice for gear even though they might not carry it. I would prefer to buy at their place though.
I'm in Cobourg, so any place east of GTA is good.
Thanks,

Have you considered renting them for daily if your only going a few times?

I rented them for a weekend last time and I'm going to be going ALOT more this year. I figured that I'd get a beginner/intermediate set then a more advanced set after, as I get my 'legs'. Renting was good for a weekend or so, but since I bought a weekday pass, 5x7, I figured since I'm going more, I might save some cash by getting my own set.

Some great deals can be had on Ebay. Used can be a bit of a crapshoot, but some new stuff can be had for less than half.
