Yeah Shaughn I know....
I tried cold turkey but the guy I work with chews too and he pushes it on me when I dont and im a for peer pressure!
To put it in perspective of how its getting, I used to only do it when I was around someone that did and I could get a pinch from them but its getting bad, I got 4 logs of Cope thats 28 tins, gone in under 3 weeks and being under the gun at work doesnt help either.

Apparently my aunt and cousin quit by using laser therapy on certain trigger points on their body. 3 months later, smoke free and never had one craving.
Might want to ask a dr about that possibility.
I'm sorry I don't have more information. My dad does Laser Therapy in his practice, I can ask him too and see what he knows about it.

And here I was looking into kinda starting up again
I used to smoke and chew. Chew was really only for either the time's I couldn't smoke, or when I was around someone who also chew'd.
I quit smoking cold turkey and chewing kinda just fazed out with it.

Quit cold turkey when the season ended.
Had an alumni game a few months ago and it didnt feel right now chewing on the field.
