You have to have your pic hosted somewhere. You can't just upload it from your HD.

But my re is supposed to be moving in the avatar... and why is it not?

i cant get mine to work, it shows it, and i click use... then it shows up and i click update profile... but then its gone. its a small .ico file

Lets try to keep the Avatar images to pictures of ourselves. You are more then able to put the other stuff in your signature.
