I have a brand new Avital 5305L I am having some trouble getting to work. I have bound the remote to the unit via the instructions but for thew life of me cannot get this unit to arm via the remote. All it does is give me two quick beeps, three times back to back... What gives? I have this unit mocked up on the bench and was hoping to get it functioning prior to installing it in the car we are building. It should be mentioned that by my saying "Mocked up" that is to imply we have door switches where needed, simulated ignition switch, etc. Thus the reason I cannot seem to figure out why it refuses to arm from either of the two remotes it came with... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
