Anyone else been watching the Barrett Jackson Auction last few nights on Speed ?? What I wouldnt do for $100,000 to go down to Scottsdale and buy myself an original '70 Lime Green Cuda!
or a Superbird

I love watching that auction. I could do it for hours just to see the variety of cars and all the American muscle. Never seen a hearse though go on the block

I'll never forget that 1969 Camaro ZL-1 that I posted here a whiles back.. it sold for $699,000 USD.. thats so much frickin' money for an antique car that'll never be driven.. damn...
I just dont get it.. you can put that as a nice downpayment on a MacLaren F1.. but are you? NOPE your just buying an old oil-dripping antique.

The car I'm nuts over is a Chrysler ME- Four Twelve.
IT'll eat a McLaren or an Enzo for breakfast.
The car is frickin' nuts.. it just keeps climbing and climbing past 350kph...
like every second (at that speed) it climbs another 4 kph on average (from the videos I've seen) its just stupidly fast... so stupidly fast... it handles absurdly well.. its just nuts man.. frickin nuts.. I can't even accurately describe it.. in the least
Its still a prototype.. but they're forcasting sales of ONLY $275k USD or something like that.
Man oh man I pray I can afford one. Thats just frickin nuts.
Not to sure if it'll eat a Bugatti Veyron.. but it would sure come close.

I think the Bugatti Veyron would win.....because vw is selling it at a loss and sounds nuts on all the money thats in it...but I'm right now I'm pretty much obsessed with the SLR and wanting to make my RX-7 a bit more like it.
