Well, I brought it back to my Best Buy. I talked to the Manager of the computer dept and explained the whole thing to him. He took it and put it up right away and started testing it. So I'll give them one more shot here and then I suppose it'll be off to a different store.

I bring it back to Best Buy, they say that a system restore will surely do the trick.

System restore isn't the same as a format.

Well, after bringing it to Best Buy this time and having them test it for 24 hours. They claim that everything checks out normal. So they are giving it back to me. So... now what? It freeze so what the hell can I do with it?

I think I am going to give it to my girlfriend. And have her use it for the week at her house. If she has issues with it, then we know there is a problem. If it works fine for her then I know it is just having issues here at my house. For some odd reason... ghey!

It shouldn't be software related. Everything was re-installed on my computer and there is nothing on it except what came on it. And it worked fine for the first 3 weeks that I had it. So if everything is back to how I had it then, there shouldn't be an issue. I just can't think of what the problem would be. It pisses me off!

Did they replace any hardware, other than what you have already stated up above in this thread?
