Quest sub seemed to work good 2 weeks ago... Man I never even knew the front grill came off... I push on the cone with my hand and rub/rub/rub !?!?!

Yeah it's amazing what women can do to **** lol, I had a set of Acoustic Research speakers I think they where sold them to my mom and like 2 weeks later my sister blew the tweeters outta them, replace them with car tweets sounds better, then they blow the damn 4" speakers in them...

 

I get alot of guys coing to the parts counter looking for stuff thats just crazy..Jokingly I'll ask "What did ya do?".."Wasnt me...was the f-in wife/gf/sister(take your pic)"..and of course they are nowhere to be seen to defend themselves...what a pity!

 

But also more than 50% of the time it's the truth. I cried when my sister broke my Sennheiser headphones.. [img]graemlins/cry.gif[/img] lol

She says she didn't touch it... must have been like that when I got it... but I still wouldn't put it past her... lol..

Ya.. This sub is a testimate to quest sucking...

when I got it, it sounded awfull.. a plastic baffle on the plate amp inside had come un-hotglued and was rattling around...

After I fixed that it seemed to work fine... You still can't really tell anything is wrong from listening to it...

I'll disect the woofer later, but I think part of the coil has come unravled... have to order a new one on monday...

 

I didn't need my sister around to defend herself when she said " **** I blew up mom's speakers" haha don't think I need anymore proof then that lol
