Hopefully I'll see it sometime soon.

I would go see it, it may be a good movie, but Ashton is just far too gay for me to be able to stand sitting through a whole movie watching his faggy ass!

The movie was great, it had a lot of disturbing scenes and made a lot of people ask what the **** through out the entire movie, but it was well done. Though seeing the movie in a crappy theatre ruins it completely. |
Is it the defining film of a generation? No. Is it a feature worthy of seeing while turning a blind eye to its few logical flaws? Absolutely. It is a fascinating feature which deal with the consequences of choices that we make at the crucial times of our lives. The story keeps up its intensity throughout, keeps the ending unpredictable and delivers a powerful message at the final scene without having to drive the point home with a sledgehammer or spell it out to us as if were all a bunch of illiterate idiots.
Now as for the star, It is easy to dismiss Ashton Kutcher as that dumbass from "That 70's show". It is virtually impossible to escape the comparisons with a young version of Keanu Reeves. Similar line deliveries, similar hairstyles and their similarly deep conviction delivering the line; "Whoa!". They also share their ability to grow as actors with each successive roles they undertake. The best thing Kutcher can do is to keep with small independent projects, such as the "Butterfly Effect". Roles such as these will help him develop into an interesting performer worthy of seeing in any film. for those to lazy to read what i just wrote.....go see it, its a great movie and i enjoyed it. 9/10 from Logan |
Yes I realize that Ashton is not literally gay, he is just too much of a dumbass period in everything he does for me to be able to take him seriously or be able to endure an entire movie with him in it. Just look at him, he screams gay! And as for the movie I don't doubt that it may be enjoyable, minus Ashton.

Like I said, I know people act, but everything he has done has been that of a retarded moron, in which case he has made himself always appear that way in my eyes. Everything he has done is idiot work and now everytime I see him that is all I see, I can't really change that but oh well. Besides have you you seen interviews he's given in real life? Even when he's not acting he doesn't lead me to believe he is intellegent whatsoever.
