I crashed my new car within three days of getting it. And this time it was my fault too... whereas the Nova was rear-ended, I lost control in the Talon went backwards into the ditch and hit a couple fence posts. And a rock. At least I didn't hit the tree four feet behind me and the car didn't roll, didn't blow any tires, bend any suspension, and the car still runs and drives perfectly. The damage...

And scratches on the bumper, fender, quarter panel, hood and roof. WELLLLL so much for getting a new system and whatnot. I still got my rims and exhaust and the car is repairable [img]tongue.gif[/img] good thing I know a body man who will do it for <$2k. The quote from the local body shop: $5,876.

I took a corner too fast, hit a bump mid corner, which unloaded all of my tires, so I started sliding sideways. I've taken the corner at the same speed before but this is the first time I ever hit the bump. I was the only person in the car though and I got away without a scratch. There was a fence post about 8" from my head when I stopped though.
