I'm with telus. Me and my bro are on a 300minute family plan, but we signed up at a special time and got an extra 300 minutes. We've never come close to going over that I don't think.
I like it for the most part, use it as my only phone - we have no house phone. It's solid in the end. No real complaints i don't think, other than one month i signed up for free websites and unlimited texts. Turns out i picked a website to frequent that wasn't free and i found out with like a $100 bill for it (DOH)

Im with Telus and ive been pretty happy with their service. My blackberry bill is pretty high, last month breaking $300... and i HATE bills like that but it sure does get used.
The taking your number with you if you swap carrier is awesome now.

i use rogers. me and the wife have the couples and family plan.
I'm pretty sure we will be moving over to Telus when our contract runs out though. My phone stopped working and they either want a $200 cancellation fee to cancel my phone for the duration of the contract or $155 to buy a new phone. i just don't bother using mine now.
customer service is OK but not great. the best part is the bill. it's very well laid out and clear but i think i'd rather use a different provider next time.
