Anyone here do it or know someone who does ?

I have a question about a hook up that I want to add...........

 

my dad does it....does the whole video camera closed circuit and who knows what else kinda crap. Also the securrity tags. Least as of 2mo ago he was, if you got a question i can ask him.

 

Cool, I have the First Alert FA168CPS / FA148CP combo for an alarm, I want to know how to add another chime to it other then the chime the keypad gives off. I have the wiring layout for the panel, but it doesn't say which is for the chime.

I wasn't going to pay a extra $200 for a second chime........

 

i'll email him...i have no idea what your talkin about....hopefully he knows something about it, but we'll find out shortly, hopefully he'll have replied by this time tommorrow.

 

Sorry man...i asked my dad...and unfortunately, he replied back saying he had no idea.

I'm not familiar with that panel at all, however with most of the panels that I work with, you could program it so that the siren would chirp with the chime. That might work, if you could get ahold of the installers code?

 

Hmmmm............I have the programming menu............I will have to see if it has that option.........that would work...........
