I've really started to give up on the whole P2P thing, too much junk out there now.
Someone in my class actually go nailed by Symantec corperation. Apparently they were sharing notron antivirus 2004 on a school computer, and out IT department got an email from Symantec, stating his IP address, and MAC address. From that information they were able to narrow it down to his computer.
Nothing happend to him, they just asked him to delete the file, but amazing none the less [img]smile.gif[/img]

I prefer newsgroups
you're really at the mercy of the mass posters as far as content goes, but you can generally just check out a few groups each day and get whatever is new/hot...
plus much faster, its coming right from the ISP...

try Warez P2P Zach hun. And maybe I'll show u how to use mirc if I come visit I might come for a weekend after the break since I'll have the car back when the weather is nicer for sure ok? [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img] have that beer

the thing Ihate about this prog is it doesnt save what u have downloading if u close the program and wanna download the rest later. And it forces u to share filez,

You people should check out BitTorrent. Its is the bomb! You can get absolutly ANYTHING you want. Perfect ISO's of XBOX and PS2 games. Full DVD rips of released and unreleased movies. Full albums of every CD known to man. Im tellin you!
And you dont share files you share bandwidth. Some files can be a little slow but they never cancel and never become corrupt. You can pause and resume aswell. No preview of movies though
I would suggests getting BitTorrent (Shadows Experimental). It is the most stable and easy to use version. Then to get the files go to www.supernova.org to get the downloads.
