Friend of mine went rip riding and bungee jumping in Quebec on Sunday and spotted it at 87.9.
Anyone else seen it higher [ September 28, 2004, 01:10 PM: Message edited by: Z24 ] |

we were down to like 77 from 79.9 but now it's all of a sudden up to 82.****
|
OPEC is (supposidly) increasing output 15% next week... should go back down to 78 or whatever from 80-85 its at now....
PS... you can thank the hurricans & sabotage in the middle east for the recent increase.... |
the 3.5cents off started with safeway opening their gas bars, and offering it to anyone with a safeway card, so their prices were a little lower then everyone elses (seeing as they make most of their cash selling groceries, they could afford the hit at the pumps, and they played it well), now EVERYONE has some way to get 3.5cents off, if u go to their station, however, all they do now is jack up the price 3.5cents over what they would be selling for, and viola we all think we are saving money,..... its the same as a store selling something for 7% more then their competitors having a "NO GST" sale, the sale gets u there, the thought of saving and getting a deal makes u buy, without thinking about the stores slightly higher prices...

If you read the news.. Crude oil prices hit an all-time high Tuesday, pushing past $50 US a barrel. This means gas will only go up! http://www.cbc.ca/story/business/nat...il_040928.html
