money is the deciding factor when it comes to hobbies like this and car audio has to be the most expensive of hobbies out there,the runner up has to be rc.. anyone who is into rc know's what i'm talking about. lol

Welcome to the site!
No way...car audio is not THE most expensive hobby out there. I would consider it the least expensive because you can customize it to your liking.
A budget build can still fulfill your dreams and not empty your wallet.
