I'm Just Not Happy..
I don't know what's wrong with me..but I am just so very down about life. My gf just broke up with me..it was only a 2 week relationship, but im still bummed by it.
Just alot of things this year have gone wrong or badly for me, and it's all hitting me right now. I just don't know what to do. None of my friends are around, I dont have a car so im stuck here, I just feel like crap....

Man, I'm so full of grief. I just picked my nose, and I just remembered that I'm out of booger.
You'll get through it, don't worry. Be happy you didn't lose what I did recently. Haha, it was funny. Everyone I told felt worse about it than I did.

As much a Christmas is supposed to be fun, it's also pretty stressfull. People to visit and make happy, that sort of thing..
Also, and this is a known fact, the lack of sunshine in the winter months decreases the Serotonin production in your brain. Serotonin is responsible for signal transmission within your brain and is helps to control sleep and mood.
Most people call this the winter blahs.
For people who are already clinically depressed, it can be a tough time.
Do what you can to get outside and get some sun. Go for a suntan at one of those fake-and-bake places, and keep yourself busy. That definitely helps untill the weather is good and we can get back outside and wash our cars...

I concur, the name for this affliction is SAD, many people get it. I never used to because I did alot of outdoor activities before I was an installer. Now it's dark when I get to work and dark when I leave. I hardly see sunshine in the winter and it really gets me down, but I know in a month it will be over and I'll be my old happy go lucky self again.
