Around here in Vancouver (import mecca) I've seen a fair few R33 Skylines, and right-hand drive ones too. One thing to be wary of about the 'cheap and low-mileage' cars is I believe there is nothing that prevents them from providing false mileage readings. Not only that but if something breaks you can't just run down to your local parts store and get a replacement part for model-specific items.

Is that a pic of a BMW 850? I see the odd one of those around but they sold them in Canada too. There is a used car dealer in Abbotsford that has one on the lot.

Heh... a Golf Country..... sweet.

There are 2" lift kits available for MKIV VW's, BTW. You can double up for a 4" lift. Looks kinda odd, yet intriguing at the same time.

Just so you know: as a disclaimer... SOMETIMES getting SOME parts for these actual Japanese cars can be a bitch.... but asides from that.. best wishes man.. some of these cars are off the hook for sure... just amazing.

not sure if some of you know, but u can only buy a import that is 15 years old and laws might be changing that to 20yrs
