What are the chacnes of this thing getting som attention frm the maufctures, to come out with an adapter box of some sort, much like the Ipod... I know you still have the option to use the AUX in, but not having track info on the HU, or even controls seems like a waste to me.

I have tracked the Microsoft Zune out of interest -- I think the only way manufactors will build car audio adaptors for their headunits is if they sell alot of them and from what I have read in smart brief they are ranking at #14 after a strong first 2 weeks after launch.

It is too bad, I really like media player 11 -- it is nicer to use than I tunes.

 

For sure, it's all about the #'s... i think it should do well. only time will tell though.
