It appears as though those batteries are wired in series
What would you need 48v for?
Or are the 6v giving 24V . . . still 24V is quite high.
If he wanted a custom car, he should have ditched the cavy front end so no one would know what it was . . . kind of like the cars in Romeo and Juliette - I have no idea what they were.

Personally, I have never found it in anyone to buy a pre-done car. If you want to do something, do it right--do it yourself.
Plus the fabric is covering the vents! I need my AC in the Summer, and my Heater in the Winter.

The car has a 3 switch hydraulic set up that includes 1 pump, 2 dumps, 4 batteries, and 10 inch cylinders on the front and back. For it's size an weight, this car can get off!
