That's absolutely horrific Logan. Some poor 20yr old kid out here was just tooled, and died, because he moved a pool ball by accident. Why, when the guy goes down, is that not enough?

It makes me want to pack up my kids and move to the middle of nowhere.

But then, what do you do with it? Are you going to shoot a guy at the bar and be responsible, then the cops will you up?

The law itself isn't to blame. Here in Canada we actually have pretty decent laws and the recommended punishment's are rather decent.
The problem is with the judges and in many cases the Crown's.
Far too many charges getting dropped for no reason other than to get a quicker conviction and speed up the process and judges that are too lenient.

Of course these court actions might change if the court process was more efficient and the dollar amount it takes to rehabilitate a convicted offender was less. Blame the government for this.

Bottom line is that everyone does what they can with what they have and what they are given to do their job. It all starts at the top.

 

Too bad that we can't pack... fat lot of good your guns do you at home in their safe.

Honestly, pieces of crap like that should just be shot in the street. I know some of em can be rehabed, but I really don't care to waste the time and money on them.

I got jumped by 7 guys during lunch break in highschool -over a gurl-... I knew it was going to happen and went right to the mother ****er who wanted to scrap.... I just didn't know there would be so many of his friends getting involved... the SOB was already twice my size, but obviously a ****ing coward....

The idiots ended up hitting each other more then they did me.... although after I thought it was all over I got suckered by one of them in the side of the head while walking back to school... got a 2" scar by my eye now...

The crown never called me or any other witnesses into court and everyone of the SOBs got off....

I Also got jumped by a few guys this summer... my own fault for getting drunk at a party where I didn't really know anyone..... (then telling some guy getting on my nerves to FO).... but whatever.... the bitch never would have touched me on his own....


But hearing stories like this make me think I better calm the **** down before I get hurt.....
