OK i'm lookin to get one of these for a buddy for xmas. What can you tell me about them? any brand to go with? Anything to look for?

1gb is probably enough, i just saw that some came in 2gb which is neat too hah, but probably won't even be needed.

prices could be neat too, if you happen to know somehting special.

hmmm well i'd rahter have too much room than not enough....seems like this jumpdrive secure (125cdn @ bestbuy) looks alright.

Supposedly super durable...still fairly small, and rather secure.


Anybody have reason for me to look at somehting else?

I got the 1GB Sandisk Cruzer Mini... paid $100 for it.

where at? i keep see'n it for like 150

bought it about an hour ago - done deal!

I like how it's usb 2.0 but only transfers at 64meg/sec..100$ though for 1 gig not bad
