Hey guys I just need an opnion, or some advice.
I bought an item off someone, about a month ago.
Not gonna say what, or who, but it was from an item posted on another board.

Now I paid promptly, after agreeing to buy the product. It's been almost a month, and nothing.
The seller hasn't been giving me good answers to the questions, I believe it hasn't been shipped.
Now in order to get my money back from paypal, I have until tomorrow to file a buyer complaint. If I don't, I'm SOL from help from either paypal, or my cc company. (must file complaint within 30 days)
If you're saying oh wait, well, the peron lives like a couple hours away, so it shouldn've taken a week at most, to ship. AND I bought a sub from illinois, paid for it after my previous equip.was apparently shipped, and recieved that within a week.

This is the kicker, apparently I got a parcel #, or package number from some sort from the person.
Well it's not a tracking #, meaning I can't track it. Ok, whatever. I'll find out myself. I called usps in the states, oh what do I hear, the guy told me the numbers aren't showing up, now I'm really pissed. I've been contacting the seller everyday, being polite, waiting, but enough is enough.
What do I do?

File a complaint ASAP with Paypal. It is better to be safe. Paypal has a bit more power to affirmative action than you do. If you don't do that there may be no other way to track your struggle with this guy. File the complaint before its too late. Sounds too fishy to be nice to the guy and not complain.
