Ok, so I got it a week ago Tuesday (has over 2000kms already too - started with 4 ) but I finally parked the Civic and got myself a brand spankin new car.
2004 SX 2.0 in Graphite metallic and I really enjoy it. Basically for the $$$/month it was the most car I wanted to afford and, hey, it's a Dodge
Ok, self indulgent post but it's my first brand new car

Congrats Dukk!
I know the feeling, it rocks. Just too bad you won't get to wash and wax it by hand until the spring. I find that to be a final signature of ownership, that you've had your hands all over it. Or maybe I'm talking about girls....
Enjoy it bud.

The Civic has 302,000km on it, runs like a top, and uses ZERO oil. I know I could go outside right now and it would fire up straightaway. If it wasn't rusting away and didn't finally need a new clutch and alternator (both original and work but weak) I would probably still be driving it Now I either have a future dBDragger (why I bought it originally) or a chunk of scrap in my driveway
Essentially I walked in with zero downpayment and bought it for $329 a month for 60 months. Not bad overall. It has power windows/locks, aluminum wheels and the wing - essentially loaded except air and sunroof (don't care for either really).
I'm 33 and it only took me the first 28 years to figure out how to manage money and the last 5 digging myself out to the point where both I and the wife have new or newer cars 14months ago I was driving my 86Civic and she had an 82 Cutlass. Be smarter than me guys
Ideas for the car? Plenty but I have to talk to some people first before I make any hard plans

now I'm not buying stuff till I can afford it 1st, got rid of all but 1 of the credit cards
cicvic sounds like my dad's diesel toyota truck ......450,000 km and counting burns no oil, but the damn things so rusty it's scary .....he keeps driving it back and forth to work though
