Seems a little sketchy why the guy would not have (accept) PayPal.....It is very secure and safe for both buyer and seller.

^^^^Except the seller has to pay fees, it is a pain to actually get the money out of your account, and it is possible for the buyer to scam the money.

I used to ask the seller to fax me his driver's license...someone who does this is unlikely to rip you off...that, however, was before the days of identity theft...I doubt someone would do it today.
