Anybody know any places in toronto or surrounding? I dont make a ton of cash but would like new rims and dont mind paying monthly and all he places I find are in the USA or 1 in cambridge, which is too far for now and was wondering if anybody knew of any places close by.

I don't know why they don't let you rent rims in Toronto.
There's only a few good months that you can use them anyways ... rent them for a cheap price, any damage incurred will be paid out, stolen you pay a percentage and a professional shop will have the tools to repair the rims.

I guess there's just too many variants in the types of rims out there.
