Bleh... the site has been a bit slow lately so I thought I would start up a thread that I hope gains some momentum.

I know we went through a bit of a rough period about 2 months ago where it seemed a lot of people were unhappy SO, lets get the "community" back in to this place.

Please post something NICE about another member on the board. I know it's a little ghey/cheesy, but I don't care. Everyone likes to have something nice said about them once in a while.

btw, backhanded compliments will be deleted immediately. This is not the place to try and be "funny" [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Tim Bailie - The work this guy does just makes my jaw drop every time I see it. I know that the work he does is NOT easy, but it really makes me want to tear my own vehicle appart to try and do some custom work to it.

Also awesome that proceeds from his most recent show went to a local charity. Can't ask for any better than that! [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]

 

well let me give this a try, i don't really know any one personally on this site but i have had a couple people really give me a helping hand.

first off i would like to give jordy my main man a pat on the back for helping me out with my system. and answereing those stupid quetions of mine(i know thier not stupid.)

and then thiers dumbest. he got me a great deal on a cd changer. thx man, he also went out and got me a cable to hook up the changer. you can really tell that thier are some kind hearted people on this board.

jeepbeats: he helped me out by getting me a box building program. he's also a great guy to deal with.

casinoguy: i got one word-chunk

if it was not for him i would not have my nick name. thx thier casino.

blind: all around nice gal. she even went on to my car domain site and complimented my sub box.(go take a look at my site every one.)

if i'm forgeting any one please do say, casue i know i forgot some one, but i'm not sure who.

 

I've actually never had a problem with anyone on this board, and am pretty thankful for everyone here.

Although probably don't know 1/10th of what most of you guys know, and i post more in this forum then the other ones, i'll try to throw a suggestion in here n there on the other forums, if i actually know. More commonly though i'm posting questions, for help one way or another.

Generally a good buncha guys, no single person that everyone hates like on some of the forums i browse.

As for a single nice thing....chizzer best be posting something about me after me giving him a new optical drive for his PC. But for someone that was really nice, a while back i had some questions regarding rotating tires and what not. I'm not 100% sure of who it was, but they offered for me to come use their shop/garage to do the rotating and everything and i don't even know hte guy (apart from here). That was like 6mo ago and i've since forgot, and never actually took him up on it, as i haven't done the work yet, but none the less rather impressive.

 

i would have to give arron "8 track" a big kudos. [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]

he always has a positive attitude towards dv drag and doesn't always do it for the competition but also for the fun of it. he's an all around great guy who tries to get others motivated in the sport. like many in the sport, he doesn't have a ton of $$$ to spend, but every extra penny he gets goes into his system.

...and he's a great model too...

Tim Baille -- because he is "a really, really nice guy".

Justin Poo -- because he puts alot into the sport of DB Drag.

Lethal -- because he also is a happy guy is he wins or loses.
