So can a person slow cook a chicken when its frozen?

I put this dang thing in the fridge last night and its still a brick...But I want it to be supper tonight...

Any ideas?

Isn't there somethin bad about nuking a chicken? Like heating it to fast or something creates some kinda poison [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img] I can't remember maybe someone else has heard of somethin similar to this and know's what im talkin about?

I never have. I've always had them dethawed before I slow cooked them.
