In a month or so, I should be in the market for an older small pickup truck. It could be either ext cab or reg, it matters not. I'm looking to spend $2000 tops on one (If I had more $, then I would spend more). I have been looking at an 89 Dodge Ram 50, but I'm open to other brands as well.

I have been. Problem is finding time to go out and look. I'm trying to keep local for now, and if I cannot find anything, then go out and look, when time permits.

I own a dodge ram 50 and i absolutly love it. BUT if you plan on adding aftermarket parts or acc's do not pick up this truck. There is nothing for it!

If you want a reliable truck then they are good.

don't worry, I'd only use it for a truck and not really do much to it.

Thanks for the input.

I had an 88 Ranger for several years and I loved the crap outta that truck. Near the end though I had to stick a screwdriver in the carb to keep the choke open so that it would start.

Lol no mud boggin. No exhaust tips. Maybe some Daytona (American Racing) Wheels..but that is the extent of it. Stereo would be the only big modification.

I'm boring.
