its fricken awesome. it only cost me to almost kill the kid as well.

here’s the story. Every 2nd week I have youth out in dewberry at the church. I was unable to make it 2 weeks ago because of the weather. so this time I had to attend. Well I decided to park on the other side of the parking lot this time. car facing the church. just for ***** and giggles I guess.

It was sports night so we went to the school to play hockey with a dodge ball and some kind of stick with foam on the end. I was hoping for full contact as we're 80% of the guys, but of course theirs girls so we couldn't. lol oh well. had fun any ways. didn't score any goals, but was great in terms of getting the ball past every one. lol I’m not much of a light weight so I just pushed em out of the way. lol so our time was up for using the schools gym. we put on our stuff and what not. we start walking back to the church. one of the kids from youth had drove his truck their to the school and was driving it back to the church. and well he's younger/stupider/and not wise... He decides to pull a doughnut in his 94 F-250 in the middle of the parking lot thus causing me to stand in disbelief for the entire time... no the second this happened I just lost it. I mean I went ape sh*t on the kid after he got out of his truck. the kid was 3 times my size and he litterly was ready to curl up in a ball. I know that’s not very kind of me to make the kid feel that way, but he deserved it.

I was a very nice guy though. I could have reported him for stunting. instead I told the cop that he miss judged the distance between my car and his truck.

all in all 1700.XX will fix it all. lol

Thats sad to hear but it looks like he just broke your bumper not something thats $1700+.I would say maybe $900

But get him to smash the other side and then you can be the first Cobalt with subs in his bump LOL

Ouch chunky... It hurts to see damaged cars.
Good thing he didn't hurt anyone.

And as for the bumper, simple bumper replacement and painting ran me a $480 up the *** after I rear ended a girl.
On the other hand my dad got rear ended and total was 2800, but they had to replace the guts behind the plastic bumper cover too. Chunks does't look that bad. But it's the guys fault so whatever.

YAY PLASTIC AND COLD!!!
When you get your car fixed make sure they replace the panel, whcih Im sure they will but you just dont want them to fill it with epoxy its so hard to get it to look right, and also here to hoping they can match your cars color properly.

Shouldn't they just be able to get a whole new rear piece in the correct color straight from Chevy? I don't see why it wouldn't/shouldn't match?

i would have killed the dumb *** lol ... yea my car was hit on jan 1 like 1 in the morning .... but luckly it just took my mirror off and dinged my door a bit... n for the 2003 dodge he had a little dint from my mirror
