I love that guy, Darren McCarty is a class act on and off the ice not to mention one of the most generous players in the NHL when it comes to giving to children and the community.

I just got home from the Flames game (beat the ducks 3-1) and the last game I went to against the Blue Jackets when they lost in the shoot out I got to meet Darren for the second time and got him to sign my McCarty flames jersey......he also had a free show from his band Grinder at a local night club and invited all the flames fans down for the show.
