Toronto Parking Patrol has a TIME MACHINE!!
here is how i know
Today, saturday,i parked on this street in Toronto right under this sign
So i went and paid for parking at the parking machine and got a slip that said 21:00 on it. I tried to go past the 9pm mark but obviously the machine wouldnt let me. So fine, i take this slip and put it on my dash. I leave the vehicle there.
As im commin back some time later, at about 9:15pm i notice a parking ticket on my windshield. So i think to myself, fair enough I didnt come back on time. I look at the ticket to check what it was for and ofcourse it was for being parked on the street durrng the prohibited day/time. Which would come in effect after 9pm. So far so good.
Then i look over the ticket again and the issue time was 8:53pm.........WTF????????? So the parking enforcer dude must have known that my car would be there past 9???? So he travelled forward in time to 9:01pm to check if my car is still parked there?? I dont understand, how do parking enforcers have access to such technologically advanced equipment, meanwhile our miliraty is still using the guns that were donated to us after the WW2?
My plan is to take this parking ticket, staple it together with the parking slip i got that says 21:00 along with the picture of the parking sign and send it wherever it needs to be sent. Along with that im gonna write them a short letter telling them to get bent and asking if they are offering public rides on their time machine.

I suggest you send photocopies - once the originals are gone you have no proof.
